In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will refund your money less postage and packaging, once the jewellery has been returned to me. The Buyer must contact me (hil@spatownbeads.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt. The jewellery must be returned to me unworn, in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received. In order to insure your returned goods in transit, it is recommended you use either Recorded or Special Delivery. For hygiene reasons, I will not be able to refund earrings unless found to be faulty or damaged.

Please Note:

• If the jewellery is a one-of-a-kind piece, only a refund will be possible.

• Improperly packed and incomplete returns will be returned to the Sender.

• Jewellery that has been altered or damaged by misuse or show signs of wear, cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

• For security reasons, please do not write the word "jewellery" on the outside of the parcel you are returning.
